There are times when you’re running so fast that you blow past where you were going.
There are times when you’re so heads down that you run right into an open hole.
There are times when you are stretched so thin that a stiff breeze may tear you apart.
Slow down, reset everything, and just breathe.
Then do something silly before you get back to the grind:
