While I understand this approach, can't we do that for free now? Monitoring and engaging in existing conversations is as easy as ever. The conclusions from the focus group, which will always be more honest in a social media setting, would make you laugh, too. While I understand this approach, can’t we do that for free now? Monitoring and engaging in existing conversations is as easy as ever.
