If you are actually psychic, please disregard the rest of this post. For the 99.999% of the rest of my readers, please remember that you are not a psychic. Never assume that you can read your client’s mind, or know what they need more than they do, or see the world the way they do. Call them, email them, and do both regularly so that you can be reminded of how they see their challenges and opportunities. Be honest about how your lenses are changing the way you see your client and then ask them how they see things.
