And more importantly, is it something awesome? Are you just doing the mundane deal with it everyday BS that you have to because it is expected of you or are you doing something that will truly change someone’s life? Are you reveling in what you are doing and enjoying the change that it will affect around you or are you just doing it because it is on your todo list? I have met and worked with some awesome people over the last eleven months since I have been back at Integrum and I have watched some amazing things happen.
None of the amazing things were done by someone who wasn’t 100% relishing the world they were changing.
Alex Hillman of Indy Hall in Philadelphia wore this shirt when I met him at SXSWi this past year and there’s no better way to say it.
.
Do what moves you, do what will change the world around, be around people who are doing those things and you can’t help but be swept up in it and do it yourself.
